P: Where are they located? R: We currently have 5 locations. You can visit us at our new store in Múltiplaza Escazú or at one of our 4 kiosks. Check out all our locations here .

P: ¿Puedo devolver un producto si no me resulta adecuado? R: ¡Sí! Ofrecemos un periodo de prueba de 60 noches en la mayoría de nuestros productos. Si el producto no es adecuado para ti, puedes devolverlo o cambiarlo. Simplemente contacta a nuestro equipo de servicio al cliente, y te ayudaremos con el proceso de devolución.

P: Can I pay on delivery? R: Of course! If you live in the GAM you can pay with cash or card when our delivery person brings your order. If you are from a RURAL area, you must pay the order in advance since we ship via Correos de Costa Rica.

P: Are there financing options? R: BAC 0% rate, BAC Mini-Installments and Credix. They are all available on the website, in our stores or on delivery. Why do you still think so?

P: Can I try the products before buying them? R: Yes, in physical stores you can see and try the products before deciding on your purchase.
